24 May PLH Group goes from “New Kid on the Block” to Industry Leader at SEE Conference
Imagine entering the competitive utility construction business, only to discover just five short years later, you’re one of the industry’s leaders?
No longer the new kid on the block, PLH Group is now considered a leading infrastructure company with a strong management team, a dedicated group of employees and an award-winning safety culture. The unique thing that sets PLH Group apart from the rest is, it employs the collaborative services approach by utilizing their fourteen entities to provide expertise, resources and experience in all aspects of electric power services and the oil and natural gas pipeline sectors of the energy industry.
As a Diamond Sponsor at the upcoming Southeastern Electric Exchange conference, better known as SEE, PLH Group will be featured in the main conference area. The three-day SEE conference is a venue for those who work in the electric utility industry to learn about new technical information covering infrastructure, distribution, construction and maintenance solutions at various training meetings, workshops, seminars, and conferences, and also to meet and network with colleagues in informal social gatherings. The annual conference and trade show will take place June 28-30 in Atlanta, GA.
Here’s a brief description of the seven entities that will represent PLH Group at the conference:
Auger Services is a turnkey foundation company providing drilled shaft, vibratory caissons, rock drilling and specialty equipment operating services. Industries served include electric utility transmission and distribution, electric power providers, substations, industrial/petrochemical hurricane relief and restoration.
R.B Hinkle is an underground and overhead utility installation contractor, specializing in the installation of conduit, manholes and street lights through trenching, directional drilling and moling. As a utility infrastructure contractor, we also provide underground energized cable installation, including replacements, upgrades, new cable and service restoration.
When you call upon a company for horizontal drilling, for natural gas, utility, crude/product, telecom, or any other pipeline project, there is simply no substitute for experience. As an oil and gas infrastructure contractor, SEDD has over 200 collective years of experience, and has covered 150 miles of crossings nationally and internationally. Sensitive to environmental concerns, SEDD focuses on safely completing every job on schedule and on budget.
The PLH collaborative business model not only consistently delivers excellence on the projects they undertake, but it also saves their customers time and money.
