    Formed to fulfill its objective of establishing a nationwide energy focused construction and related services business in 2009 by forming Power Line Services.

    Sun Electric Acquired

    Power Line Services acquired Sun Electric.

  • Dec 2009

    Three Companies Acquired

    Power Line Services acquired TESSCO Energy, TESSCO Industrial and Auger Services.

  • Mar 2010

    Air2 Acquired

    Power Line Services continued to execute its strategy by purchasing Air2 in March 2010.

  • Feb 2012

    PLH Group formed

    Smiley face PLH Group is a holding company formed in 2012 in order to accommodate diverse construction related companies.

  • Mar 2012

    PLH Group Acquires 2 More Companies

    PLH Group purchased pipeline construction companies; Snelson and IPS Engineering.

  • Dec 2012

    PLH Group Acquires 3 More Companies

    PLH Group acquires Southeast Directional Drilling, M&M Pipeline and Energy Services South.

  • Apr 2013

    Pipeworx Acquired

    PLH Group expands into Canada with the acquisition of Pipeworx.

  • Jul 2013

    Edison Power Constructors Formed

    PLH Group added Edison Power Constructors in order to provide a wider range of infrastructure construction services to the substation, electric transmission, and distribution markets throughout the Western United States.

  • Sep 2013

    TTR Substations Acquired

    In 2013 PLH Group purchased TTR Substations to deliver infrastructure services in the areas of electric transmission, substation and distribution in the Western United States power market.

    R.B.Hinkle Construction Acquired

    Our recent acquisition of R.B. Hinkle Construction adds underground utility infrastructure services, maintenance and construction.
