PLH Group Spotlight – Elsie Bentley, VP Safety, Health and Environmental

In May 2018, Elsie Bentley joined the PLH Corporate Team as Vice President of Safety, Health and Environmental. For the last fifteen years, Elsie has worked as Safety Director for the PLH Group subsidiaries, TESSCO Energy Services, TESSCO Industrial Services and Sun Electric. In her former role of Safety Director, she was instrumental in growing the safety culture at these subsidiaries and successfully directed a team of safety coordinators who supported twelve Division Office Managers located throughout the Permian Basin in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.
Prior to joining TESSCO and Sun Electric, Elsie spent several years as a training instructor and consultant with a focus on OSHA compliance and regulations. Elsie obtained her Safety & Health Specialist Certification from the OSHA Training Institute in Denver Colorado, is a Certified Utility Safety Professional, and has a professional working proficiency in Spanish.
Elsie is a regular participant at the annual PLH Group Safety Summits, and in 2014 accepted the PLH Group “Division of the Year” Award.
