This proprietary program puts visual and practical teaching tools into the hands of every employee companywide using the latest technology, a QR Code linked to a short video that can be viewed by personnel anywhere, at any time.
The program utilizes elements of behavioral and performance based systems which encourages a questioning attitude and allows the employees to provide functional solutions to situations encountered during task execution.
