All PLH employees attend a new employee industry leading 3 day orientation to cover expectations relevant to the PLH tasks.
All PLH supervisory employees will have completed, at minimum:
- PLH New Employee Orientation; and
- OSHA 30 hour and/or a combination of OSHA 10 hour training and PLH Foreman’s Academy or OSHA 20 hour
All field employees will have completed, at minimum;
- PLH New Employee Orientation; and
- OSHA 10 hour training
Additionally, at least two employees per crew will have up‐to‐date First Aid/CPR training.
