Peter Sandore
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Sandore currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PLH Group, Inc. and as a member of the PLH Group Board of Directors. As construction services industry veteran with broad industrials sector expertise, he has demonstrated a track record of driving operational success and profitability for both public and private companies.
Mr. Sandore has held key executive and operational leadership positions, as well as strategic roles advising multiple companies on performance improvement programs, corporate acquisitions and company integrations.
Prior to joining PLH Group, he advised company management teams and Boards of Directors as a management member at Business Resource Consulting, LLC. Before that, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer and later Chairman of the Board of Sabre Industries, Inc. Previously in his career he held senior management positions at Fansteel, The Siemon Company and American Tower.
Joy Baccus
CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Ms. Baccus currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer & Controller for PLH Group where she is responsible for the company’s accounting function, financial systems and other business services. She joined PLH Group in 2013 as Director of Financial Reporting and was promoted to the position of Controller in 2018.
Prior to joining PLH Group, Joy held positions as Senior Manager in the Audit Practice at KPMG where she also spent two years in the London office and as International Financial Reporting Manager at FTS International.
Joy is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a Masters in Taxation as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.
Lacy Kiser
CHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Mr. Kiser currently serves as the Chief Administration Officer. He is responsible for Human Resources, Marketing Communications and Risk Management for PLH Group and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining PLH Group, Mr. Kiser was Vice President Human Resources & Administration at CB&I’s Power Division (formerly Shaw Power, Shaw Group Inc.), a Fortune 500 company and leading global provider of engineering, construction, and fabrication services for the energy industry. Prior to Shaw, Mr. Kiser held various roles in HR and Process Improvement with Bechtel Corporation. Mr. Kiser is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Kiser holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Master of Science in Management with concentration in Human Resources Management. Additionally, he has completed the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan. Mr. Kiser is a member of the Society Human Resources Management and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Pete Howe
PRESIDENT, PIPELINE SEGMENT
Mr. Howe currently serves as Pipeline Segment Executive Vice President. Mr. Howe brings over three decades of energy and construction experience and oversees business development, operations and financial performance for the pipeline companies in the PLH Group portfolio.
Mr. Howe began his career at Sasol, the leading refining and petrochemical company in South Africa, where he held a series of progressive engineering roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President Energy Services at KBR where he was responsible for operations and business product lines for the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.
Mr. Howe holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and MBA from the University of Delaware.
Kerry David
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER & CORPORATE SECRETARY
Ms. David serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of PLH Group Inc. She previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company. With over 20+ years of experience, she will oversee the company’s legal, corporate governance and compliance functions.
Prior to joining PLH Group, Ms. David led CB&I through company divestitures, credit facilities, and all legal aspects of the company. This included company EPC projects, material litigation, business partner bankruptcy issues, mergers & acquisitions, SEC filings, and much more. Ms. David received an award in November 2017 as one of the Top 50 General Counsels in Houston awarded by the Texas Diversity Council.
Ms. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University.
Bill Sales
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Bill Sales currently serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development for PLH Group, Inc., where he leads strategic initiatives to grow the customer base and drive profitable sales growth for the PLH Group Power Line Infrastructure Services and Pipeline Infrastructure Services brands.
Prior to joining PLH Group, Bill served as President at Sabre Industries where he was responsible for leading Sabre’s eight electrical transmission divisions. He also held a variety of other leadership roles during his tenure at Sabre including Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President of Sales for the Utility Division.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Weslyan University.
